In week one, you’ll become fully operational: we’ll walk you through logging into every essential portal—brokerage and association platforms, MLS, e-signature, transaction management, showing/lockbox, and CRM—and completing one meaningful task in each so you’re ready to work with confidence from day one. You’ll assemble a RESPA-compliant support roster that travels with you to every appointment, including your managing broker, lender options, attorney/title partners, inspectors, a transaction coordinator or coach, and media resources, all with direct contacts and after-hours procedures. We’ll reset your professional identity around the role of a REALTOR® and the CEO mindset of a “company of one,” emphasizing disciplined lead generation, proactive client service, market analysis, negotiation, compliance, and clear written communication. To protect you and your clients, the course grounds your practice in the key guardrails that govern every deal—Fair Housing, RESPA, TCPA/CAN-SPAM, and antitrust—and points you to practical resources such as the Fairhaven simulation to sharpen judgment. Finally, we’ll turn activity into outcomes with a simple 30/60/90-day runway. You’ll adopt a cadence of daily nurture and pipeline movement, weekly client engagement and skills practice, and monthly planning tied to measurable KPIs such as conversations, appointments, and contracts. By the end, you’ll have a confident decision on full- versus part-time, a complete week-one onboarding checklist, a working support roster, and a clear 30/60/90 plan you can execute immediately.
